eternal summer sounds a whole lot better than it is.

I made this card for the Prism blog last week. You can see the whole thing here. Sometimes I'm iffy about things I have made, but I love this one.

I love this quote about eternal summer. It sounds lovely. At first.

And yet...

Eternal summer??

Like over 100 degrees every single day?

No, thanks.

In Central Texas, we are close to a record for the most days of over 100-degree weather in one summer. I think the record is 56 or 58 days and today makes 50 days. Don't quote me on that.

Anyway, it's SO hot.

Eternal summer?

No. Thank. You.

{Never again will they hunger; never again will they thirst. The sun will not beat upon them, nor any scorching heat. Revelation 7:16}

and we've had one of the coolest summers ever.
I think eternal summer and I think... "no schedules" which I would love. Although this is the summer of schedules.
Your creations are so lovely, I love it.
